All staff at Cradles is CPR & First Aid certified. Classes are held at the center to guarantee that these requirements are fulfilled. Our infant caregivers are hired according to their nurturing personalities and must have previous experience of at least 1 year at another center or a child related occupation such as a private nanny. Our pre-school staff is required to have at least 2 years previous experience in a classroom environment, attending college for education, child development or psychology or who have a Child Development Associate degree. All staff is required to complete their continued education throughout the year according to state regulations
